Dr. Joey Wan (尹祖伊博士)

Dr. Joey Wan

Dr. Joey Wan is the founder of Ecoach Limited and was previously the Chief Drucker Educator at the Peter F. Drucker Academy. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at HKU Space, HK CityU & HK PolyU; and he has spent over 15 years training senior executives in multinational corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
His research focuses on "Entrepreneurial Intention," and he shares insights on Talent Management, Positive Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and Creativity and Innovation.
Dr. Wan also served as General Manager (Asia Pacific) at Prince of Peace Group, a U.S.-based organization, overseeing operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou after working at the U.S. headquarters.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University, as well as a Doctor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University. His background combines academic expertise with practical industry experience.
